Summary: Well, the staff are friendly, helpful, courteous. I had hoped for a bigger room, a sitting area, CNN and a movie channel on TV and a soft mattress. Our room was on the east side, overlooking a parking lot that was often noisy when we needed quiet.

Summary: The hotel is clean and beautiful. Staff are so helpful and kind and will do anything for you. The rooms are lovely, but he warned its on the busiest road in the city so if you face the road it will be noisy.

Summary: This hotel was perfect for our time in Mandalay - so much so that we kept booking extra nights. Such good value for money if you book via the app. Staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful and the rooms have everything you need!

Summary: Located right across the street of Mandalay railway station. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff are friendly and helpful! Simple breakfast, but enough for me, with Burmese and western food choices. Highly recommend!
