Positive: Brand-new hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. Even though some buildings are still under construction, the property is already comfortable and well-organized. The rooms are spacious, everything feels fresh and new, and the territory is large enough to relax, with a pleasant swimming pool. Breakfast is included every day and is consistently good. What stands out most is the host family — they genuinely care and treat you more like a guest than a customer. Always ready to help with anything from navigating the area to arranging money exchange or laundry. A great choice already, and clearly a place with strong potential once upgrades are fully completed.

Negative: All good. The surrounding area is a bit messy from the first sight. But turned out to be safe and well-located.

Positive: It was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool. The bed was to die for. So so big and comfortable. Hen was a perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. Even had a beautiful Happy Birthday message on my bed for my 60th. Walking distance to beach, locals bar and eSIM provider. Secluded enough that we weren’t disturbed by late night party goers.

Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like.

Summary: Perfect way to decompress and acclimatise to Zanzibar before we travel around to see some more of the island.
