Positive: Excellent facilities and staff where very accommodating, food was great and bar staff attentive

Negative: The only thing which I can say was not a 5/5 was the bed, I don't usually complain but the bed was just so uncomfortable, the mattress was just very hard and thin, a really poor quality mattress in a room which was so beautifully put together and had such high quality other furniture in place. The bed should always be the number one quality item in any hotel! I'd definitely stay again but the mattresses need an upgrade!

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and there was no disturbance of sleep at night from any music in the bar.
