Positive: A cosy apartment in an old building, very close to 2 underground stations and a bus stop. There are some nice restaurants around, as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy. There were enough sleeping places to accommodate 4 of us. The rooms, the bathroom, the bed linen and the towels were very clean The first day of our stay was extremely hot, but the AC in one bedroom, an electric fan in another, and a ceiling fan in the living room made it so much easier 😅 The communication with the manager was quick and very efficient - we felt taken care of. During the first phone conversation while moving in, we received all the necessary instructions about the apartment, which was really helpful. We would like to stay there again one day in the future ☺️ we had a wonderful time there.

Positive: The apartment we stayed in was nice and clean.very comfortable. Mike the host was brilliant he went that extra mile to help us.Everything was close by visited a couple of decent restaurants and shops I would say the two Chinese and the wood burning pizzeria were the best value for money.and the little coffee bar up the road excellent.

Negative: The only downside was that there wasn't enough parking spaces we had to wait for someone to move so we could park up.

Positive: It had all the facilities we needed and hosts were amazing, very accommodating and treated us really well. The location is great for those not looking to be in the centre but with easy transport links. Buses and metro took you to the centre and tourist attractions easily. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very clean, has a washing machine, comfortable beds with plenty of towels. Fans and air conditioning and nets on windows kept mosquitos out. Very safe location with gates. I recommend staying here and will hopefully return one day

Summary: It was an incredible stay, we were sad to leave!

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had our great stay at this Aparment! Clean and good facilities. We had everything that we needed. Very good location near the Metro Station. Quiet and comfortable. We love that we always had our deep good night sleep after every single full day around Rome. Michele is really a friendly and Professional host. This hotel is a great Value for money and definitely a good choice to save yourself from disappointments ! ben fatto! continuate così!😊

Positive: Michele (the host) is really a kind and helpful person. The place is well located in relation to buses and the metro and is quiet. The apartment wheee we stayed is really clean! We went to Rome for the first time and this stay was great. The equipment is really complete and clean: sheets, hangers, towels... you will find a guide for the utilities in the apartment as well and Wi-Fi. There is a fan in one room, a ceiling fan in another, and air conditioning in another. Each room has a TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). Beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower. I recommend it!

Negative: The only negative point is a bit of a lack of toilet paper.
