Positive: Amazing, cozy hotel. not too big, not too small. Restaurant offers a varity for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got a free upgrade to the highest room category :-) the room was amazing and had a cozy balcony with a chillout bed and chair. Breakfast was a huge variety of Asian and Western options with fresh coffee, tea and fruit juices. we had an amazing massage in the spa area. and we were able to shift it from the morning to the evening, quite spontaneously. Got spot to travel to Bali afterwards by the Ferry as the Terminal is just a couple of minutes away.

Positive: I stayed in Dialoog more than 5 times, I always chose this hotel everytime I visit Banyuwangi or Ijen for work or personal trip. The location is fantastic. You overlook the mountain which to me, looks like a giant painting. Staffs are super friendly especially the restaurant staffs. Lots of coconut trees under which I lie down and enjoy the sun reading book or just a sip of drinks or just coconut water. The swimming pool? Its the best. Overlooking ocean and the mountain. Constant sound of waves is just soothing and soporific. Absolutely love this hotel and will keep coming back

Positive: Stunning view from room, restaurant and pool. Staff were all wonderful. Enjoyed all of our meals very much.

Negative: Not enough drinking water supplied. We never managed to get a straight answer on how to fill up other than to purchase at high prices from the restaurant so we ended up feeling like we were doing the wrong thing by filling up from the gym.

Positive: Very nice scenery and view. We got a free room upgrade. Thanks! We had a nice welcome chat with several staff members. All of them were able to talk English.

Negative: The breakfast was outside. When the sun is shining it was very hot in the breakfast area. The ceiling fans were not working. The second day the staff turned on a Dyson fan. That was convenient.
