Negative: the code for elevator did not work. Door to exit after elevator was closed. Poor signs in hallways and property to find our room.

Positive: The apartment was modern, had a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Security was very good, there were codes to get into every area of the building. The location was nearby many restaurants. The staff left a bag with hand sanitizer, wipes and water which was nice. The apartment was mostly very clean, with the exception of the floors (there was animal hair, but we recleaned the floors before we unpacked). Overall we would stay here again, it was better than fancy hotels we’ve stayed at in Miami.

Negative: The blinds in the bedroom did not block the city lights at night so it was very bright when trying to sleep. A curtain would easily solve this. Some of the businesses nearby received deliveries early in the morning (3am, 4am, 5am) and the delivery trucks unloading were very loud and woke us up every time (even with earplugs).

Summary: Nice place to stay for an extended period of time.

Positive: It’s in a very good location, walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and the Publix market. We had all the amenities we needed! It was a very comfortable apartment, highly recommend it!

Negative: It was a little tricky to get the parking card but once we found the entrance, it was fine! The parking garage is close to the main cross st not next door to where you get the card. It got noisy at night with live music on Fri and loud people voices but by midnight it was over.
