Negative: We were feeling good about our stay until checkout. We had a very early flight so began checkout and they sent someone to check the room before we got our 1000 baht deposit back. The person called down claiming a glass was missing. We said we didn’t use the glassware and did not break anything. We didn’t know if there was 2 when we checked in because why would we check that? They then showed us a price list to reimburse for the glass. We said again we didn’t do anything with the glass. It was very early and we needed to get to the airport so ended up paying the 100 baht for the glass. It left a very bad taste in our mouth and ruined the hotel experience

Summary: Wouldn’t recommend, felt ripped off during check out

Positive: The hotel is nice, the staff is extremely nice. I like the style of the hotel.

Negative: The thing I didn't like was that it was noisy and maybe it would be good to pay more attention to cleanliness.

Negative: The soundproofing is not good. The neighbors’ air conditioner is very loud, and I can barely sleep at night.

Positive: + the staff was super friendly, they learned our kids’ names by heart and when we had a disagreement over whether breakfast was included for 4 or 6 people they sorted it out in our interest, the rooms were good, the location excellent, close to Kao San Road but far enough away from all the noise, the breakfast was lovely too with such sweet breakfast staff

Negative: - the only downside was that our AC was really loud, compared to the other Acs in other hotels
