Positive: This apartment is very good value for money. I don't think there is any studio with a kitchenette and a private bathroom at this price for such a central location as Paddington. The apartment is compact but very livable for a few days in London.

Positive: Great location. Simple check in. Comfy bed. Clean shower. Excellent value.

Negative: A bit noisy at 2am when people came in from a night out, but hey, it's Central London. A small light would have been good, it's either very bright or pitch black in the room I was in. No batteries in the TV remote. Small things considering the price.

Positive: The location was great and it was a good price for 3 nights. Our request for new bedding and a room clean were actioned promptly.

Negative: When my daughter went to get into the mezzanine bed, there was hair and dirt in the sheets like it hadn't been changed, which freaked her out. We had to change her bedding over with the sofa bed, which was tricky in a very confined space (not really big enough for adults up there). The floors also looked like they hadn't been cleaned, so I requested new sheets and a vacuum the next day, which was done. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. There was no teatowel or cleaning clothes for dishes, so we had to buy some. The ceiling fan definitely needs a clean too!!!
