Summary: Located great. Hotel is 3* so the room is worn down. Nice breakfast for this style hotel with real cappuccino. Noisy air-condition. No showe curtain so water all over the bathroom after shower.

Summary: friendly staff who went out of their way to correct an error made during payment during checkout. The breakfast was good & the person made and excellent cappuccino in the morning. Super convenient to thamel & would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is a great hotel nestled in a great location attached to the famous Thamel Market. Just a few minutes walk from the Kathmandu Durbar Square and walkable from many great pubs and nightlife, this hotel is a seriously great value for money. The absolute highlight of this place is IT'S AWESOME PEOPLE! super friendly and courteous staff are always ready to help you with a smile. Their restaurant has very tasty food, and I used the Hotel's very reasonable tour package to check out the great places around Kathmandu Valley and my driver was sweet and helpful. All in all, folks from Norbulinka made my Nepal visit truly memorable. Special shoutouts to Mr.Santosh & Mr.Kiran , Mr.Ganesh, Mr.Rabin

Summary: The people working here are very friendly and very accommodating to English only speakers. This place is pretty fancy for Nepal, i didnt realize that until I stayed, but it was a nice couple of days and the staff were very kind
