Positive: Great location, walking distance to town and harbour. Exceptionally clean inside. Very well equipped with everything you need. Parking on site. Views over to the harbour. Quiet area.

Negative: Bathrooms not adjacent to bedrooms, shower over bath slippery and water tended to go everywhere. Outside area needed a wipe down, very dusty. Kitchen knives blunt, need a sharpener. Oven difficult to light as ignition button not working.

Negative: It was on the oldish side, we couldn’t used the back patio as the outside lounge was so old an moldey an there was such a build up of rotting leaves on the pavers.
