Positive: Прекрасен персонал, изключително мили хора. Хотелът не може да е на по-централно място, има къде да се паркира. Има басейни с минерална и изворна вода. Гледката е разкошна.
Negative: По отношение на храната има какво да се желае. В топ сезона на розовите домати, да се предлагат индустриални домати не е най-вкусно. Има само най-обикновен хляб от плик. Няма обозначение каква е храната, трябва да се пита персонала кое какво е.

Positive: Central location and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and the balcony and view were great.
Negative: Nice baths but there was quite a bit of mildew and some of the jets didn’t work in the full thermal bath. The dinner that was provided as part of our booking was a very limited part of the full menu and was really poor quality compared to the free breakfast provided. One meal we literally left on the table uneaten as it was such poor quality.

Positive: The breakfast was good The room was clean and spacious
Negative: Didn't meet our expectations for 4 star hotel. The spa was very small and no towels and not properly maintained. The towels in the room where old and no coffee instruments
