Summary: Staff was excellent, they let me check in early and also let me keep the room 30 min extra without extra costs. They gave me good info about things to do in Bratislava, also where i could get Perfumes i was looking for.

Summary: My room was a little disappointing and smaller than I expected. To use the armchair i almost had to climb over the bed. Everything worked OK and all of the staff were helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was OK, but some items were not replenished often enough! All in all not my first choice for a stay in Bratislava and I shall not make that mistake again.

Summary: Excellent hotel where the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and sauna were a nice little area to relax on a down day. the bar and cafe were nice with a lovely outdoor area to sit.

Summary: Beautifully decorated hotel with an older feel. I found the service quite variable… sometimes seemed reluctant… simple things like a request for cutlery at breakfast were greeted with a scowl, but in contrast, Ivan at reception could not have been more pleasant or helpful.
