Positive: Nice apartment that i would love to live in! Very adequately equipped apartment. Cata was in good communication all the way to meeting us on arrival. She made v good recommendations as well 👍

Negative: The parking is an obvious challenge. A small car is helpful A very big car might not fit into the lift. Be patient. The best way in and out is a straight alignment before entering the lift.

Positive: The apartment was within easy walking distance of the centre of Girona. It was a relatively quiet area near to the park. The apartment was well organised and had all of the equipment needed for a self-catering break. The washing machine and tumble drier were really useful as we are cyclists. There is a restaurant next to the apartment and a really good bakery. We'd recommend this apartment for cyclists as you can keep the bikes in the basement, though it would be ideal for anyone wanting a self-catering apartment in the beautiful city of Girona.

Negative: There was quite a lot of dust in the apartment - especially under the bed. Driving into the lift (which takes the car down to the underground carpark) was tricky as you need to get the car turned at the right angle. A huge SUV would not get into the lift - luckily, we don't have one.

Positive: The apartment is in a nice location with easy walking access to the city centre and amenities close by - the baker down the street is a must visit! The apartment is very comfortable especially the living room.

Negative: Had to pick up the keys at a bureau in the centre and no parking near by - and when we came 15:10 the place was closed and I had to call for someone to get there. When we came to the apartment the garage is not easy to access and it would have been really nice if someone had met us at the apartment and guided us in. In the apartment there was no free toiletries as advertised in the description, the place was not very clean, table cloth full of stains from previous guests, the frying pan was totally wrecked and could not be used, no basic amenities like salt, pepper and maybe a bottle of water - it was just so impersonal and disappointing and we didn’t feel welcome at all. And when I sent information to the bureau about the problems all we got back was a sorry.

Summary: Central and comfortable apartment unfortunately lacking in service and cleannesses

Positive: Great apartment with everything we needed. Short walk to old town and attractions of the city. Free parking was great (if a little tight, after parking here I think I could park anywhere!)

Negative: Shower curtain was gross and mouldy (otherwise the apartment was very clean). Needs replacing or honestly could just chop off the bottom 5 inches or so.
