Positive: We loved everything about this B&B. Our host was very welcoming and helpful with all kinds of information- history, places to go, things to see and do. We had many laughs and exceptional breakfasts in a beautiful dining room. The breakfast was generous and with great variety. The room was well appointed as was the whole house, being for generations a family home with unique interior design. We have no hesitation in recommending this residence. It was a short stroll through a beautiful park to the ferry which transported us every 10 mins to the city centre where there were great places to eat and shops to visit.

Positive: Wonderful old house - a warm welcome from host who spent time over tea telling us all about the history of Deventer. Just a short walk and foot ferry into the the centre of the old fascinating town. Comfortable room with everything provided, even if not the most modern - it was what we expected in a house so full of history. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a wide range of fruit, yoghurt, cheese, eggs, meat etc - couldn't possibly have asked for more! A most delightful stay with outstanding hospitality.
