Positive: The room is very neat and clean, good ambiance and pleasent stay, Only thing is the room is very small and difficult to move, since I stayed alone it is sufficient. otherwise everything is excellent

Positive: 1. The staffs are friendly and accommodating esp Karthik 2. Clean fresh bedsheets and towels 3. Comfortable beds 4. Quiet. 5. We extended one more day and allowed to check out late. 6. Coffee, water and toiletries were provided in the room. 7. Wifi is working just fine. 8. Building has lift. 9. Clean hotel. 10. Karthik helped arranged a taxi for us to airport.

Negative: I suggest maybe someday , open a kitchen so instead of ordering online, guest can just order at the hotel. Easier.
