Positive: The support from the owner. The house was very comfortable, clean with every amenity there. The surroundings are beautiful. It is in a very quiet and rustic area. Great base for trekking and exploring. Lindoso is a very old and historic village.
Negative: There are no shops or restaurants nearby. You would need your own transport and come well stocked up for your food needs. If you have difficulty climbing steep outdoor steps it may not be suitable for you.

Negative: The Bathrooms could have a racking to place your soap or shampoos A wardrobe in one of the bedrooms would be useful as you cannot hang any clothes The Kitchen could please include a toaster the microwave oven did not have this facility.
Summary: We had a comfortable stay. It was good to have a BBQ but in wet weather a better oven would be nice.

Positive: Clean, warm (it's winter) and comfortable. Arrival instructions were clear, the place was ready, and it's easy to control the temperature, with plenty of hot water. Nice and quiet, and a very short stroll from the castle and espigueiros.

Positive: Lindoso castle and old granaries were nearby and also a view of the reservoir. The house is beautiful, all brand new with everything you could need. Very stylish and a good instruction manual. We loved it and the area .
Negative: Everything was great. The steps up to the door are steep , so maybe not a good choice if you have mobility issues.
