Positive: Destination 51 comfortably accommodated our family of 19, providing ample space for everyone. The location was very good for our purposes, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Huntington Beach, Balboa Island, Orange, Pasadena, and Newport. Some of our family even enjoyed trips to Disneyland and the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena. The home offered excellent amenities, including a pool and hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We especially appreciated the extra security measures, such as the alarms on the doors, which helped keep our young children safe around the pool. We would like to acknowledge the property manager's prompt and accommodating response to our minor requests. We were deeply saddened to learn about the devastating impact of recent wildfires on the California community that we were a part of for a very short time.

Negative: We found the strict noise restrictions to be somewhat limiting. The rule prohibiting outdoor activity before 9:00 AM was particularly challenging for our family, as we are early risers. We felt that this restriction, along with the hefty nightly rate, somewhat diminished our overall enjoyment of the property.

Summary: Wonderful property for large groups, but the excessive rules are over the top.
