Apartment in seafront on the promenade, facing the Ribes Roges park. It is a third floor. Located in an area of bars and restaurants, with all services, down duvet because the rooms are located on the back overlooking a green area.
The apartment has a great terrace facing south and reguardada wind, you can enjoy it all year round (sun, lunch, dinner ...)

Summary: This property has been modernized, is maintained well, and is very well appointed. The communication with the owner was very good prior to the letting and they met us on arrival and showed us how to use all of the facilities, AC, Sun Canopy etc. The apartment is lovely and set high up, it is 10 minutes from the rail station, 10 minutes from town and 10 minutes from a beach and overlooks the Marina. We really enjoyed our few days there and would strongly recommend this property.

Summary: The property was clean and generally well equipped.The views were nice. The location was very good, close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, the market train station and the beach. Joan is responding very fast, and Pol was there in about 2 minutes when needed. When we arrived, Joan spent time walking us around the apartment and showing and explaining things.There are many good books if like reading. The bedrooms were surprisingly quiet at night. Internet worked well in the living room and the terrace. All apliances worked well. Air conditioning was working. Small things missing maybe just a couple of hooks at the entrance or some sort of organizer. In the shower no support for soap/gel, not enough support for big towels, but we dried them on the roof where there is plenty of space. There was construction ongoing 8AM-6PM on working days at the neighbor building shared/party walls. Only the facade was kept, the rest was being completely rebuilt on 4 floors. So, drilling through the brick and mortar, sawing and hammering, music was very noisy at times, vibration, however was disturbing on at least 2 full afternoons during our 2 weeks stay. In the mornings we were at the beach and at lunch time works stopped for 1-2 hours, and the rest of the days we could even have a short siesta. I reserved in October for July, but we were told about this on arrival. So, not many options for finding another accommodation, July being high season. Ear plugs can work for some noise, not for vibration. Maybe some work schedule and advance notice could have been provided to better organize our excursions. One morning the construction workers told us for the noise/dust and we just went to the beach. At the beach it can be hot and noisy between 1PM and 4PM. So, we tried as we could to work around this inconvenience. I had a chance to talk to neighbors and everybody was nice, and even restaurant/store owners, employees, everybody was nice. Vilanova is a good place to stay, as it is generally lower key, with very good and nice beaches, safe for children. Good connections to Barcelona and Tarragona.It is also easy and cheap to get to the airport Terminal 2 by Rodalies train (change at Prat de Llobregat station). I understand there is also a bus now to/from the airport.

Summary: From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. The owner was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was a good one. Lovely air conditioned apartment, great local area and easy access to Barcelona, Monserrat and other surroundings.

Summary: This apartment was in an excellent location, close to a lot of restaurants, shops, grocery store, beach, train station, tourist information booth, etc. There were several really great restaurants just outside the the front door to the building! The host, Joan, was extremely responsive to all of my questions and was very nice when we met. We had a really great time. Vilanova i la Geltrú is a beautiful little town close to Barcelona. We did a day trip to Barcelona by train and it was great. The views from the train were beautiful. We had a rental car and had a parking place with the apartment. The apartment was extremely comfortable. The beds were awesome and the shower was the best ever. The porch was my absolute favorite part of the apartment. Overall, this was a fantastic place and I highly recommend.

Summary: The apartment was perfect for our family! We loved the location right across from the beach and the balcony has a great view of the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds and bedrooms were perfect!

Summary: This was a fabulous property for our family of 5. Such friendly hosts, great location, very well equipped, spotless and comfortable. We had a great three night stay and wanted to stay longer! We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again in the future.

Summary: Apartment is exactly as described. Fabulous Balcony where we spent most of our time. So close to everything but still quiet, particularly as all of the bedrooms at the back. It was the perfect family beach holiday....

Summary: I can’t say enough good things about this listing, Vilanova is a beautiful town just a short train ride away from Barcelona, the flat is only a few blocks from the train station and directly across the street from the beach which is beautiful. Also the couple who runs this place is super friendly. The Flat it self is very modern and spacious and the deck is in a perfect location for looking out onto the Ocean. WIifi was great in the main area and only good in the back bedrooms. Five stars!

Summary: we can highly recomend this aparment , its located in front of city beach wich is topclass , aparment is as described in info, also pick up and leaving was easy , we took mon-bus from airport and taxi to airport (60 e) , we can for sure rekomend this apartment !
