Have you ever dreamt of waking up to the waves gently crashing onto the sand at your doorstep? Our Sentosa beachfront home offers you the chance to live your dreams with uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and direct beach access to the golden sands of Tugun Beach, and is the ideal family holiday home.
The property is conveniently located under 5 minutes from Coolangatta Airport.
This newly-constructed home features 5 guest bedrooms, 2 with ensuite plus an additional large guest bathroom. Sentosa at Tugun also has its own media room with a large flat screen TV, surround sound, Xbox system & DVD player; the kids will be in heaven. The property has ducted air-conditioning & heating, a solar powered heated pool and double-glazed glass doors & windows, so it makes for a perfect vacation year round.
Enjoy a round of backyard cricket and a family BBQ whilst the kids splash about in the ocean-front, gated pool surrounded by lush flat grassy areas. This property is truly the ultimate beach front escape.
Please note that there are 2 external security cameras at this property - one at the front of the home and one at the back.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts offers contactless check in and check out. Prior to arrival you will be required to complete an online check-in. On the day of arrival, you will collect your keys from a key safe located at the home. We will send the code for the safe via email and SMS once the property is ready for you.
Upon departure, please leave the keys in the same key safe you collected them from.
AMENITIES
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:
Bed linen for each bed
2 x bath towels for each guest.
1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person.
4 x sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
1 x dish cloth & scourer.
GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.
Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.
The entire home is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.
CLEANING:
All prices include a general clean prior to arrival and an exit clean on departure
CHRISTMAS DAY
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is closed on Christmas Day, therefore we are unable to accept reservations that require a check-in or check-out on the 25th of December.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property in Tugan. The location is perfect - right on the beach and easy walking distance to cafes and all conveniences. The house itself was really well appointed with comfortable beds, block out curtains and blinds, everything you need to cook and BBQ with, and lots of entertainment options - pool, movie room, table tennis and games. We loved all of it! We will definitely be back for our next family reunion.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. A few small issues, the X Box was broken which disappointed the grandkids but I think the home theatre somewhat made up for it! All the appliances we needed were there, the beds were comfortable although the adults thought bedside lamps would have been better than the overhead lights. All in all I’d recommend this property, but advise future renters to watch for traffic when crossing the pathway beside the beach, it’s quite busy with cyclists, walkers, skaters etc. I think we left everything in good condition with no breakages so look forward to the return of our security deposit in due course. Summary: Fantastic location- floors were really wet and slippery on arrival. Whole family Had to wipe dry as they were dangerously wet floors . Not enough bedding the first night for all due to a previous listing issue. Very few starting amenities with one very poor quality bath towel for each guest for the whole stay. We weren’t informed prior to checkin. Double oven but no overproof dishes without any notification. These issues were resolved next day. WIFI unreliable, we had to use our own as it was not resolved. Location and house is wonderful- we had the best time

Summary: We had a great time at this residence . All members of the family enjoyed the spaciousness, well appointed inclusions, and a good laid out floor plan. The heated pool was great as well as easy access to the beach. weather was superb. Shops and restaurants was only short stroll or drive. All in all great time ,location ,weather, company, could not ask for much better.

Summary: Had a lovely time, loads of beds & so close to the beach. The double glazing helped keep the highway noise down. Had loads of fun at the Tugan Surf Club & the compliantly bus picked us up & got us home safe & sound. Highly recommend this place to stay. A bit pricey but worth it.
