POOL HEATING
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $150 per day. We run on propane to heat the pool. Please contact us 4 hours before you want to heat the pool.
NOISE
A gentle reminder: we have a strict policy against loud parties and outdoor music. Quiet hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. Recent legislation from the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors classifies violations of the short-term rental ordinance as criminal misdemeanors, with fines increasing from $100 for first-time violations to $5,000 for repeat offenses. Sound travels easily in the desert, so please be mindful of your noise levels.

The road leading to the house includes a small dirt section, but it is well-maintained and accessible for all types of vehicles.
