Positive: location was great - 5 minutes from my son's house. we basically just slept and showered there. I stated 4 to occupy but it was just the 2 of us. We would definitely recommend or stay there again.

Positive: Everything is very comfortable, very clean, has all bedsheets and towels, kitchen is fully equipped, it was really feeling like a home. It’s very close to lake, and a park. It’s very quiet, and close enough to all businesses. Entertaining system is very good, like a movie theater. Wanna come back and enjoy more good time in this sweet home.

Positive: The location was great, easy access to the hospital in Phoenix as well as to our Sister in Queen Creek. The Home was nice and clean and very roomy.
Negative: A lot of the spices in the Cabinet expired years ago. The Thermostat was adjusted for coolness and comfort at night while sleeping and somehow the temperature was readjusted a few degrees warmer, very uncomfortable for sleeping. Not sure how this happened.
Summary: The home served its purpose for my Brother and I.

Positive: The decor and film interior design theme was interesting and homely. Generally very comfortably furnished.
Negative: there was insufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, for a stay of nearly three weeks, this was inconvenient. Also there was no kettle.
