Positive: The apartment is comfortable and located in a very secure location. It's quite tricky to access especially at night. Host very responsive and Fortunately, we dined in a nearby restaurant as recommended by the host and we were later escorted to the apartment. The views from the balcony are amazing. Home decor was comfortable especially the recliner chairs in the lounge room. Beds were comfy and bedrooms had mosquito nets which was nice. Good WiFi coverage.

Negative: I feel the place is overpriced. There was no hot water and it took more than an hour for the plumber to get it working.Shower drainage in the master bedroom was very poor and the bathroom got flooded and not clean.. There were not enough towels(later.delivered) and the kitchen cutlery was dirty so we couldn't cook breakfast as we were going for an early drive to TSavo East. There was only one piece of furniture (seat) available on the balcony which was dusty so we were unable to enjoy the spectacular view. Suggestion: A little more care and attention is all that is needed and it would transform and offer future guests an amazing experience.

Positive: The location was close to the Tsavo Park and the offices in Voi that we wanted to visit. The people that worked there were very friendly and curteous. They even played a game of football with us which was lots of fun.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.
