Positive: Great wine list and nice food. Beautiful view from pool onto the mountains.

Negative: Rooms looked very dated in need of renovation. Beds uncomfortable and some food on the floor from previous guests. All information in German. Not suited for international travellers. Would have been lovely to receive information on local bus services such as Kaiser Jet.

They were not only incredibly nice but also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The culinary offerings at the hotel were nothing short of excellent. Each meal was a delightful experience, showcasing a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. The chefs clearly put a lot of thought and expertise into their creations, making dining at the hotel a highlight of my trip. Given the outstanding level of service, comfort, and dining quality, I am eagerly looking forward to returning in December when the new ski season starts. Positive: The food and service at this wonderful family run hotel is amazing. If you want a taste of five star class or are a bit of wine connoisseur who a appreciates attention to detail then this the place for you and your family and friends. They don’t have a wine list it’s a wine bible.. Even the glasses have been special designed to enhance the wines and Champagnes. The hotel also has a very good swimming pool sauna room ideal after a day in the mountains.

Positive: We enjoyed the exquisite kitchen and the service. Also after skiing we enjoyed to go to the sauna and this was clean en fun;

Negative: nothing specific. Communicatie was bit difficult sometimes because we did not speak German.
