Summary: Great location for the night before catching the early ferry. Basic motel room but clean and a great shower. Reasonable value.

Summary: When I come into town for work, Departure Bay is always one of the hotels that I check for availability. The staff is always friendly, professional and well informed about the area.

Summary: We enjoyed our one week stay at the departure bay motel. It was quiet and comfortable for the most part, just wish we got a quick room refresh mid-week. The staff was helpful and responsive for all needs. Would stay again!
