Summary: The location is good and the staff was generally polite. However, the internet service was extremely unreliable throughout the stay. The connection was weak, frequently disconnected, and often unusable, which made it very difficult to communicate and get basic online tasks done. Reliable internet is essential for guests, and this was a major issue during the stay. Improving the WiFi quality would significantly improve the overall experience.
