Positive: As photoed comfy bed plenty of clean towels smells nice great for what U need Great valve for money would book again when in the area for work

Negative: There was no airal for the TV was the only bad point I could find

Positive: The room (in a two bed flat where the owner resides) is lovely and is excellent value for your money (we will be returning). You get private use of a good sized bathroom with lots of towels (very big and soft/fluffy) with toiletries provided (shower gels, deodorant and facial cleansing wipes)and good quality toilet roll. The bed has a firm mattress but it was very comfortable and the pillows were good quality. You have a kettle with a box of herbal teas and a large bottle of mineral water. Owner offered to give up his permit parking but we parked on the street where there was ample parking with no problems. The owner James does go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Such a lovely young man 😃

Negative: The only problem we found was finding the accommodation but we contacted the owner who answered immediately and came outside to find us. This was our fault though as we had booked the accommodation last minute.

Summary: Very good value for money, highly recommend 😃
