Positive: The apartment was spacious and accommodated our family well. It was in a quiet area with easy access to grocery stores, and nice living/dining area for comfort.

Negative: Getting the keys was a bit awkward, having to access a lock box down the street (but not that bad). The mattresses are a bit old, and the kitchen is minimally stocked with cookware, but adequate. The most concerning though was that the day after our arrival we were left a notice by the property management company stating that we were not authorized to be there. I did not follow-up with the letter, since we were only there for 3 nights. However, it seems that there is an issue whether the apartment is supposed to be rented out. We also had someone ring the doorbell the following morning at 9:00 am. We did not answer, as we were avoiding any unnecessary confrontation.

Summary: Nice apartment, but be wary of property management interference.

Negative: I'm surprised that none of the other guests seem to have mentioned the fact that there is no "seaview", as promised in the title. This is misleading and the word should not appear in the name. The apartment is located in a newish development in Dun Laoghaire, not far from the town centre or the seafront, but advertising this otherwise OK, modern apartment as having a sea view creates the wrong expectations. I would like future guests to be aware of this. Otherwise, the place was clean, with a spacious master bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, and a nice bath.
