Summary: When we arrived at our hotel, they charged our credit card for the room when we told the hotel staff we paid through you. Then our refrigerator wasn’t working so we asked for someone to fix it. It took hours for someone to come to the room with a replacement and found out that the outlet was bad not the refrigerator. There was a new desk person at the hotel when we checked in and they didn’t see the amount was paid already and the amount is still “pending” which is ridiculous. They also put $100 per night for “incidentals” which is also insane. I don’t care if they had past customers who destroyed their rooms. Why should we have money “pending” for the incidentals plus the two night charge of the hotel which totaled over $600! The window shades were falling apart and the room didn’t smell clean. Housekeeping never came in the room to change the towels and bed linen either. It was definitely not worth the money!
