Summary: A family of 5 wonen, 4 senior citizens. Upon checking in there were no wash cloths in the suite. I also purchased an ocean view suite and was provided a partial view suite. The refridgerator would not get cold. We requested maintenace several times. Both times another refridgerator was presented and neither of the two were working refridgerators, extra appliances that took up extra space. The microwave was dirty and no lighting to see how to operate it. We had a lamp plugged into an outlet that would not work. The pool tile was dirty, with what appeared to be mold or algae. The trash bins in the room did not have any trash bags. There were only two cups left in the room, we had to request plastic cups and coffee cups. Upon checking out the line was long, we were not aware that a basket was provided for key drop off when checking out. This location does not come with a jucuzzi. The staff members were extremely friendly when asked for assistance with onsite amenities everyone was professional and friendly. The appearance of the hotel is excellent.

Summary: We loved our stay here! Beautiful building, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We also hosted a workshop for our company, and the events team is phenomenal. So communicative and made sure all day we had everything we needed in a timely manner. We had lunch catered, and the food was so delicious!
