Summary: Hotel exceeded my expectations from the location to cleanliness to the friendly staff. Had everything I needed meaning a great gym.

Summary: We came to Victoria somewhat last minute, so booked this hotel, it was very expensive, but maybe that’s because we booked it last minute. Very clean, there’s a beautiful view and a large place to walk out and have coffee by the water, it’s close to downtown you just have to cross over a bridge about maybe 11 or 12 minutes walk, nice friendly staff, the restaurant was just OK, beautiful views. The food was decent but took a little while, but it’s OK. I just wouldn’t eat there again. It’s convenient if you don’t wanna walk downtown, however. So I would say rooms are clean, but there’s not much to do in the hotel itself aside from that restaurant and a very nice gym and pool. It’s good. It just is incredibly expensive.

Summary: Amazing stay. The views were beyond beautiful. So sad we only stayed 1 night and didn't have enough time to really enjoy the view. The pool looks great as well and I was sad we got back from exploring places too late we couldn't have our daughter enjoy playing in the pool. Room was pretty clean and spacious. Fridge and microwave were provided, that was great as we had our daughter with us for milk and food warming as needed. Another interesting point I haven't seen at any other hotels/resorts was Delta hotel provided the specific staff member who took care of the room so you can provide gratitude as needed and it goes 100% to the staff member :) Custom service was great. Quick check in and out. Plus point is there were electric vehicle charging stations available right before the parking structure so it was very convenient for us with an electric vehicle. Starbucks shop located at the lobby so that also was a plus point. Highly recommend this hotel as we'll definitely be back staying here.

Summary: We had a special request at check in to get a walk in shower due to an injury. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Rooms are recently updated, spacious, clean and modern. Excellent location near town.

Summary: The hotel concierge went above and beyond for my family. I was thoroughly impressed with Maria. She made our trip extra special. This is a kid friendly hotel. they have filtered water in the lobby and a Starbucks.

Summary: This is a very basic property with poor food service and bar operations and attention to detail. They run the same menu for both lunch and dinner with very little options. Best. It's not an overly friendly handicap accessible property and even lacks benches outside the front door for sitting. The general condition is tired the rooms are basic Marriott rooms with nothing special. At this price point try another property there are plenty that offer way more options and amenities. We will never be back to this property

Summary: The hotel has a beautiful location with a great view. However, one downside was that our window was directly above the clubhouse balcony, where guests often dined. Because of the noise, we couldn’t leave the window open, and at times, people on the balcony would look up and make eye contact, which was a bit uncomfortable. Aside from the room placement, everything else was wonderful and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Summary: As always, top rated service with all the little touches from this great staff. Property is aging well overall, but the room we had felt sterile and empty and didn't do enough to leverage the great view. One gripe - a dirty plate was outside our room in the corridor when we arrived, which dampened the experience. More positives - the club had an excellent breakfast offering and the balcony dining area is exceptional - recommend that.
