Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were good, and it was quiet.

Negative: We were provided a parking pass from the hotel for what I assumed was free parking. When we scanned it, it wanted us to pay 80$. We ended up using the pass we received while parking and payed 20$. Payment for parking was inconvenient.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. The room was too hot but I prefer a cold room to sleep in. The temperature was up high when we arrived.

Negative: The door was extremely difficult to open. We almost had to go back to the front desk but the maid was next door and she helped us. Then we had great difficulty getting out of our room too.

Summary: Comfy bed but the hotel needs to be updated.

Negative: I stayed here for work and overall the experience was good. The room was clean, and most of the staff were professional and helpful. However, I needed an invoice for my job reimbursement, and this part was very disappointing. Since I booked through Booking, the app told me to contact the hotel directly because they don’t issue invoices. When I called the front desk, they hung up on me. Everything else during my stay went well, but the lack of support with the invoice and the way the call was handled really affected my overall impression.
