Summary: Overall location is great but cost is about 50% higher than should be for what is offered. Breakfast should be included in room cost like majority of simular hotels now a days. Also paying extra for parking is excessive.

Summary: Had a great trip. Hotel is centrally located with an attached parking garage. Super friendly staff and nice rooms.

Summary: Great location & nice hotel. The room smelled a bit musty, the carpet needed restretching & the fridge did not work but overall happy with the room. There was a parking garage party that was quite noisy a block up. The police broke it up after a couple hours

Summary: Great room. Liked the quiet air conditioner. Couldn’t see the James River as well as I would have liked because of a new building blocking the view. Linens and towels were very soft. Bathroom baseboards needed dusting, it was otherwise clean.

Summary: Almost 800.00 for two nights and the room was not cleaned properly.. hair in the shower, and the carpet was dirty. The rooms need some upgrading.
