Summary: Beautiful location, everything at your fingertips here. Indoor and outdoor pools open from 8 am- 10:30pm, 2 hot tubs, game room for the kids, restaurant on site open until 10 pm! this place is a fantastic getaway

Summary: Good experience at this hotel during our family trip. Will probably come back in the winter again for skiing.

Summary: The person at reception was not well versed in the activities associated to the mountain such as hiking, mountain biking and using gondola service. We later found out that the gondola only opens after 10 am which is idiotic when wanting to do a physical activity during the summer. The pools and hot tubs were cleaned but we moved on to another site to complete our activities.

Summary: Perfect ski in ski out hotel for families. The 3 pools are amazing (indoor 2 outdoors). Especially loving the fact we can use the 2 heated outdoor pools in the winter. Beautiful views. Only negative: housekeeping disnt come once in 3 days. I even called and they never came.

Summary: This is our second time staying in this hotel. We love the facility and the convenience of ski in ski out. It has a nice restaurant in the hotel with excellent service and delicious food to offer. My kids love the game room to hang out with their friends. After skiing, it was nice to hang out at the heated pool to relax. We booked a two bedroom and it is so spacious for 5 of us to stay. The ski area was not crowded at all. We had great ski instructor for group lesson and end up being one on one lesson. Will definitely go back again.

Summary: Outside of the food and berverage facilities at the hotel the service was really limited. Housekeeping, while pleasant, was overwhelmed and the day to day upkeep of our suite was not what one would expect when paying nearly $600 a night. On a bright note the skiing at Mont St Anne was great.
