Summary: Staff was amazing and accommodating!!! My room - the beds were not made when I got to the room at 9pm. My Son’s room - the bathroom sink was backed up with brown smelly water. Maintenance came to the room and tried to fix the sink, but to no avail and the smell was overwhelming. At 11pm they had to relocate to a new room with 2 young children.

Summary: One of the mattress had dark stain which was visible through sheet. Phone charger needed fixing. Tub floor stain and stopper issue. Asked for another room, was denied with the reason that wall charger was fixed but new sheets had hair not belonging to us. Night manager not customer service oriented and was rude. Won't be returning.

Summary: The hotel itself is great. The hotel has a bit of a smell to it, at least my room did. Maybe a sewer issue. I stayed at this hotel years ago when it was called Red Lion and it had the same sort of smell so again maybe it’s the sewage issue. Hotel is very lovely although.

Summary: I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It’s changed names at least twice since I’ve been staying here. It’s nice to see they have updated parts. I love that theres and eco friendly shuttle available even though I have no idea where it goes. I didn’t try the restaurant this time. My only mishap is that the plugs to charge things could use some service. I shouldn’t have to wiggle it around to get my phone to charge.

Summary: We enjoyed staying in your hotel, however, the AC did not work properly. The maintenance employee came in and told us that there was nothing they could do about it. It was 71-72 degrees and it was very hot. We lowered it to 67 and it stayed at 72 all day long.
