Summary: The hotel did not inform me that it is their policy to not service your room when checking in. The first day my room wasn’t serviced I thought they had just forgotten so left it. The second day my room wasnt serviced I called reception and was told that they don’t even make your bed unless you request it. Wholly disappointed by what would have been a nice stay. They said it was for environmental purposes but it looked as though they were being cheap with employing cleaning staff to me.

Summary: From checking in to checking out, I can’t fault the staff and the hotel in terms of service. The room was immaculate and love the bathroom decor. Only gripe is the £8 parking, for those staying a night at the hotel it should be free in my opinion or at least half rate.

Summary: Paying for parking is probably deltas way of recouping their investment buying this particular location. But unnecessary if you're paying to stay at a hotel of high standards! The pool was dirty. The gym is in need of an intense makeover.

Summary: The hotel was nice and somw of the staff were excellent but we had some items go missing from our room including medication. We also had the soap dispenser leak into our wash bag, and the toilet seat kept falling off. It could have been a good stay but sadly wont be returning.
