Summary: For the price of the room, the mattress was quite uncomfortable and our heating system was switching on and off every 3 minutes or so throughout the night. Informed the front desk in the morning, and they did not do anything about it to make it right. Definitely not the stay we expected for the price paid

Summary: My only issue is that i stayed by the pool area and my room faced the pool. It was all you had left which i understand but it was loud. My door was across from rental rooms and lots of workers talking early am passing by my room or hanging by the elevator talking. Than the Pool: kids banging the gate to get in and out lots of screaming and yelling from young children. hard to sleep when that's right outside yoiur door. Would be better if we were forewarned of this. I wouldn't want to stay on this side again.

Summary: There were renovations underway and we were not notified. Was a mess to get to our room because elevator was not working. Last time we were there we were given breakfast voucher for being sliver status with Hotels.com. When I asked this time it was stated that there was no option for this because I did not book breakfast. Last time is was available without asking. We really like staying here but were disappointed this time. Room was well kept but we were not given extra coffee cups during our stay just the initial ones.

Summary: Upon check in we learned that the one pool and the water slide in the other pool (the number one reason we booked this hotel) were not working! While we were obviously very disappointed we were very happy with how the staff treated us after delivering such poor news.

Summary: Showed up 90 minutes after check-in and was greeted by someone at the front desk who basically whispered the entire time. I could barely hear anything she was saying. On top of that, our room wasn't ready, so we sat in the lobby for a half hour until they gave us a different room which was essentially on the main floor next to the elevators so you could hear everyone coming and going. We also went to the lobby bar for a drink and the service was slow and inattentive. The waiter forgot us for a while after we asked for a final round and our bill so we sat there awkwardly until we could flag him down. Maybe we were unlucky with the entirety of our experience and this is a great hotel, but I know I'll be booking elsewhere in the future.
