Summary: A quick overnight. Enjoyed the pool which was clean and functional. Great location right by south center mall. Staff was friendly.

Summary: It was not very busy but they put us in a weird room in the middle of the hotel. No outside windows and smelled musty. My son was not happy about the lack of black out curtains. I was not happy about the accessible bathroom which we did not need. Staff was pleasant but did not enjoy the stay.

Summary: They want good rating with a card in the room that says that anything below 10 is like a 0. And with that, the room and everything was nice and clean, the only bad thing was the sofa bed, really uncomfortable and uneven. Sore back the next day. We paid for breakfast while booking the room as an extra cost, the email with the reservation said “continental breakfast included”. We were 4 people, when we checked in they gave us a coupon with breakfast valid for 2 people at a restaurant with menu, when we asked about it, that we paid for the 4 of us, they said because the reservation was done through Expedia they had no control to change anything! So, no continental breakfast for the 4 guests, we ended up paying again for it.
