Positive: The cottage is beautifully located with great views of the hills. The garden is lovely and very useful with a dog! The parking is very handy and the whole place is very well equipped.

Negative: The bedroom and bathroom are on different floors which is difficult because the stairs are very steep. This makes night time visits to the bathroom very tricky.

Negative: There isn't anything we didn't like and it wasn't an issue for us but be aware there are very steep steps up to the bedroom

Positive: Host was very informative prior to arrival and very welcoming with arrival instructions and lights left on. Cottage is lovely and views are beautiful, loved the windows and doors that let the outside in, in so many ways, the day I stayed the changing light and countryside outside was mesmerising. Fresh daffodils in the kitchen were a joy. As a woman staying on my own it felt very homely and secure.

Negative: Stairs to bedroom are very steep, which wasn’t a problem for my stay but worth mentioning.

Summary: Very clean, high standard, well equipped little hideaway not far off the beaten track. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: Nothing not to like. Yes stairs are very steep and bathroom is downstairs but we already knew that. Our dog stayed downstairs.
