DOLPHINS II is a modern low-rise residential complex (without a lift) with extensive common areas, a community tennis court, underground parking and a swimming pool with a children's pool. Located in the southern area of Xeraco beach, 120 metres from the sand. Adjacent to a wide landscaped pedestrian walkway that leads to a children's playground and sports area.
This apartment offers three double bedrooms, one full bathroom, a shower-toilet, spacious kitchen with gallery, living-dining room with access to a large terrace, which has views of the pool and its surroundings. Includes parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change.
