Positive: Although the Hotel was far from most tourist sites, it still was easy to get around since the train station was just outside the hotel. Additionally, the check in and check out times made things inconvenient.

Negative: I didn't like that there were no chairs or desks. There weren't even bidets.

Summary: You get what you pay for. Good size for the rooms, accessible location; but sacrifice comforts.

Positive: The locations was great with a family, it is a relaxed neighborhood, but Asakusa is 5 minutes walk away and the Skytree is near too. It is not the super-crowded vibrating side of Tokyo like Shinjuku. The metro is right next to the hotel. The flat is very spacious for Tokyo. The host was easily reachable, and spoke English, and solved our problem with the lock immediately.

Negative: There were no chairs in the flat. The street could get noisy in the morning.

Positive: The owner was responsive to questions and requests. Great location, easy to take trains to major attractions. Very convenient with stores, and local restaurants around.

Negative: Not clean - there was hairs on the floor and bedding, dust on the surfaces. I messaged the owner and they quickly responded with a schedule for next day cleaning. Better but still not a good cleaning.

Negative: check in process is bizzare..we almost book another hotel because we didnt get the right code for entry for hours. and the owner cannot be contacted. they gave us the wrong code..hopefully they can change the way to check in into something simpler. we almost sued the property due to this negligence. other than that everthing is good.
