Positive: The staff were very accommodating and hospitable!

Negative: Too quiet! Not feeling as if it was a vacation when staying at the pool. No water cooler or waitress service! It seemed more important to take photos for future guests vs. accommodating the guests whom paid to enjoy the facilities.

Summary: It was nice. Maybe we will visit in the future but wish to feel like we are as important as future guests.

Staff members were eager to serve and friendly. Thoughtful hospitality touches. Artisanal local honey on checkout.

Negative: Pillows too bulky and firm. Would be nice to have an alternative available. Confused about self-parking vs. valet. Hotel still on maiden voyage — staff eager to hear recommendations.
