Positive: I had a great stay at Deka Evleri . The room was very clean and well maintained. The location is good , The check-in process was smooth, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. A special mention goes to the bakery downstairs—the simit they sell is absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Positive: I like that it was quieter than I thought it would be. We heard some noise outside but nothing that kept me awake and the early morning was really quiet allowing me to sleep in some. It was clean and it was nice that they provided all the drinking water we wanted for free.

Positive: The host Cagri, was very helpful and eager to please. Access to the property and parking was clearly communicated. Note, this is a traditional part of town, with neighborhood shops and bakeries, overall the location is nice and central, safe and about 15 minutes walk to the sea front. The parking is a few doors down though the street is a little narrow. Comfortable and clean, apartment has washing machine. The property was a good choice for our family of five.
Summary: A good family option with a traditional neighborhood feel.

Positive: Great apartment with enough space in the center of Izmir. It was amazing and felt like home to us as you had a kitchen and a big living room/ space. There is everything you need and as we were travelling with our own car we could use the parking lot which was just around the corner. So all in all - perfect!

Positive: There was a separate A/C unit in the bedroom alongside the main one in the living room, we didn't need it as we went there early October, but I'm sure this is valuable. The hosts were very kind and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. Amenities are close, there was a bakery downstairs which was very convenient.
Negative: This is not a huge deal, but Izmir has LOTS of sea products and cooking fish was not permitted in the flat. Just know that you can't do that. Go out instead
