Approximately 9,000 sq. ft. of internal living areas open to more than 5,000 sq. ft. of outdoor finished areas. Two pocket beaches and expansive hardwood decks offer multiple lounge and dining areas, including a covered poolside dining terrace, and a dramatic dining terrace seating 14, only a few feet away from the sandy-bottomed turquoise waters.
Entertainment and activities are abundant with the Home Movie Theatre seating 10, the Gym with its top-of-the-line cardio equipment (arc trainer, treadmill and spin bike), and a state-of-the-art lighted professional Tennis Court and Covered Tennis Area with a regulation basketball net.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a corporate retreat and I can’t begin to express how amazing everything was. The property was incredible and the staff was equally incredible. The butler Kemali was professional, kind, and always available to make sure we were being taken care of. He really went above and beyond! The private beach was perfect and there were even floats in the water that you could lounge in for as many hours as you wanted. We also hired the chef recommended by the host and he really exceeded our expectations. 100% will definitely be returning. Thank you everyone for such an amazing stay.

Summary: The property itself is lovely, with views and access to the ocean. The space is wonderful for big groups, with a tennis court, theatre room, game room and gathering space. It was the perfect location/space for our families. The short walk to Taylor Bay, and help from the butler Kemali to set up chairs and umbrellas for us, was wonderful. HIs attention to detail was very welcome. However, there were some things that caused concern. The home itself needs some TLC. Some outdoor chairs are in disrepair, as are the canvas awnings over the pavillion patios. Pool tiles are missing. But most upsetting was discovering that the Bunk Bed room, used by young children, is the only bedroom in the main house. It is physically distanced from all other (parent) bedrooms, which are in other buildings. The only access to this bedroom is a walkway that goes directly to the pier and ocean. The room can be locked with bolts from the outside, but who wants children locked inside a room if there was a fire? There is no mention on the website that this bedroom is isolated from all other bedrooms. It was upsetting to learn this upon arrival and parents were rightfully concerned. The butler service was nice, but we did not need two butlers each day. We often felt like we had visitors sharing our vacation home with us. (generally 8 am to 8 pm). It was not always relaxing/comfortable. We were told the house is being totally renovated in January 2025. This should eliminate many of the issues we had.

Summary: Property is beautiful. Ocean access is great with a beautiful deck. Everyone enjoyed hanging out on the deck! House was perfect for our large group and the staff were amazing. Kemali, is a butler I’ve had for a few of my stays on the island his service and dedication are top notch. Kids loved the ping pong table, basketball/ tennis courts!

Summary: Absolutely AMAZING in every way! The house is beautiful with an infinity pool, dock & water access, fabulous gym, great movie theater room, tennis court and more! Perfect for our large family with private villas complete with their own balconies, spectacular outdoor dining to enjoy dinner together and lots to do during the day. But the best part was the superior services by the butler who attended to everyone and was the most caring, warm and professional person. We’re so grateful for this special place and time together that we can’t wait to return!

Summary: The overall property was perfect for a large group as it is laid out perfectly for common areas as well as private sleeping areas. The service is what separates this property from all others we have rented over the years. The staff was amazing. We will be back for sure!

Summary: Stunning property and views! Very spacious yet intimate. With 20 guests including 8 kids there was plenty of room for the kids to run and play while adults visited. Then off to the pool or ocean, game room for ping pong or theater room for a movie. Add to that an incredible staff and it was a wonderful vacation!

Summary: We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our getaway. Reggie and the crew who assisted us during the trip made the trip even more perfect! I loved being welcomed to the compound with cocktails at the ready. and we never really needed to property--everything was there--movie theater, tennis and basketball court, pool, workout room, pool table, you name it! The water is pristine and the dock makes it so easy to jump right in. We hope to go back again soon. Thank you!

Summary: Stayed here for a business retreat. From start to finish, everyone involved with this property was professional, on top of their game, and very friendly. The home has one of the best views in Turks and lived up to the pictures. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Summary: Our entire family, ages 4 to 78, immensely enjoyed our stay at Deja Blu. Though it was by far the most beautiful property we have ever rented, the best part about it was the staff. Kemali was a true professional anticipating our needs and was part of the family by the time we left. Reggie helped us so many times and though we rarely saw the cleaners, the rooms were spotless each day. We loved the pool, swimming in the ocean and using the kayaks and paddle boards. The kids loved the beautiful tennis/basketball court that looked like it was carved out of the reef. The adults loved the memories made at the outdoor ocean front dining tables and the amazing service given by Kemali. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate. Lauren was a gracious host who obviously loves this property.

Summary: We had the most fantastic week at the Deja Blu property. We felt like we had a private resort. We had two families traveling together - 15 of us in all -and we had such a terrific week. We had amazing views of the ocean from the many outdoor seating areas, long outdoor dining room table and the lovely pool. We had our own private beach area where we could launch kayaks or just head out for a swim. We were walking distance to the beautiful Taylor Bay, a favorite outing for the little ones. The zero depth beach with low waves was perfect for them. Kemali, Reggie, and Doreen took care of us all week with fresh beach towels, cool drinks, clean rooms and much much more. The workout room and tennis court were an added bonus. We loved the little villas - there was privacy yet we were all still very nearby. The rooms were immaculate and the gardens were stunning, We only wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend Deja Blu and will be sharing our secret find with family and friends.
