Summary: This was a convenient place to stop for the night. It is close to the bypass. It was 5C outside but cosy inside with the AC. Very spacious room with a large comfortable bed.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this place to stay. The staff was super friendly and so were the deer! I didn’t expect that we would get to see and feed real live deer.

Summary: The deer were gorgeous- the pool facility was clean and easy to access. The room was spacious, bed was fabulously comfortable. Bathroom needed maintenance (handbasin). Missed breakfast due to sleeping in - maybe next time….. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The guy at reception was nice but our room was less than impressive. The toilet seat was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. There was also a huge gap under the door that 2 cockroaches and a cricket crawled under. I had to chase them around. Man, crickets are fast, and they can fly! I ended up scrunching up the footer thing at the end of the bed and using it to block the gap. Definitely the kind of place where you wear thongs in the shower. To top it off, the smell of cigarette smoke and weed was coming through our door all night, from our neighbour in the next room, reaking havoc with my asthma. They offer a free breakfast, but my wife wasn’t interested in eating here. We were glad to get out of there.

Summary: Concierge was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and bent over backwards to Kate to our convenience. The deer are absolutely lovely, and the room spacious. Would highly recommend.

Summary: It was lovely staying at the Deer Park Motor inn, their USP is deers, very well maintained and affordable. We and our daughter loved playing with deers and feeding them. Definitely if we are going to come again to Armidale it’s going to our stay.
