Positive: The kitchen is very large and good. The view all around the building is very nice and the neighbourhood is relaxed and quiet with some stores nearby.

Positive: Prime location, beach visible from terrace(beach 100 meters away), all the main cafe's within 100 meters. Felt like living in a private apartment, well built bathroom with hot water, Kitchen with all utensils & fridge. I had lived there previously & property is still well maintained.
