Summary: We really enjoyed our stay!! Very quiet with an awesome view. It is not really close to any restaurants, grocery stores or nightlife, but a short golf cart ride gets you anywhere you want to go on the island. If you stay here, you must get up in time to see the sunrise from your room, and watch the sunset from the rooftop pool.

Summary: The apartment is beautiful, just as pictured on website. Comfortable bed, modern shower, really appreciated the air conditioning. We often sat on our balcony and enjoyed the view of the ocean. Kitchen was equipped with most things needed, nice dishes. La Gloria is a down to earth neighborhood, people were great, good to be away from tourist bustle of Centro. Super Aki just 5 minute walk away, we walked to Punta Sur & to Mango Cafe, took cabs as needed. Rooftop pool area was closed for part of stay but was a great asset on last day, great view and quiet hang out place. Improvement to our stay would be 1. bedside table lamps for reading in bed 2. A corkscrew. TV in bedroom has distorted picture & no remote, but did not bother us. Host Dani was friendly and helpful despite language barrier (thanks to google translate), he and Navil booked taxis for us when we needed. Highly recommend!

Summary: No on site person. Is a minus. Geckos able to get in is a minus. Really beautiful property. I would buy a place like this if retired.

Summary: great view of the Caribbean, spacious apartment, fully equipped, clean and quiet, far from the center, no restaurants around. The reception man does not speak English, which causes communications difficulties. If you pay with credit card, the exchange rate is bad, and the commission is very high.

Summary: The location is excellent and the apartment very nice. There is just about anything yo could want in the kitchen for making food or drinks. While we didnt use any of the mini bar products, it was nice they were provided. The rooftop deck was a huge highlight. Beautiful views, nice amenities for getting sun, and a pretty dipping pool for cooling off (although quite cold in January!). The concierge Brandom was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed information or there was anything needed in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of suggestions for the property. First, I would recommend upgrading the bed in the comfort apartment to a king sized bed. The room is more than large enough to accommodate a bed that size and a queen just isn’t big enough in some cases (I slept on the couch quite a bit). Second, the only television is in the bedroom. We didn’t watch TV but in most cases putting it in the living room is a better choice if there is only one television. Third, there are no curtains in the living room for the balcony—only aluminum hurricane shutters on the outside. While the view of the ocean is amazing, people on the street or on the steps of the building can see directly into the living room. In addition, the lights on the balcony are on constantly (with no way to turn them off that we could find) which floods the apartment with light at night. I would add blackout curtains or sheers with the ability to turn the lights off at night.

Summary: Spacious and well appointed apartment. Beautiful views of the Caribbean from our balcony. Rooftop pool area has amazing 360 degree view of the island, including the Cancun skyline. Only wish the pool was heated :D. It's an inexpensive cab ride to/from downtown, and we loved the secured parking for our golf cart. Grocery is a few blocks away. Big shout-out to our concierge Brandom! He was very friendly & helpful, and easily reached via WhatsApp. Will definitely stay again!
