Positive: Locations and facilities. The apartment has so much potential and is well placed with loads of space and rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back

Negative: Only thing I could mention is the cleanliness of the room - mainly bedding.

Positive: The landscape untouched by man, the wildlife, the rides and adventures the serenity.

Negative: Getting mixed up on arrival, arriving on the vehicle ferry and landing at Beach and had no way to get to accommodation, as we didn't have 2 cars so had to wait for 1st car to unload and then return for 2nd trip. Rang resort no support with getting us to accommodation. My friend is a professional cleaner, so we took some photos and also cleaned. The fridge on verandah needs a full bleach clean as there is mould in the seal.

Positive: The location was amazing, the apartment layout was great it suited us perfectly we all had our own space within the apartment.

Negative: There were certainly areas the required maintenance such as ensuite in main bedroom had the shower head zip tied, extra linen blankets in all rooms had stains on them, light bulbs busted, couch required cleaning, outdoor lounge cushions were falling apart, patio blinds were filthy with spider webs, the vacuum cleaner would hardly suck however I pulled filters apart and cleaned them don’t think they were ever cleaned properly before sand and body hair, and the washing machine is full of sand I had a load of washing come out of the washer and it was dirtier than it was before I washed them. The apartment is in need of a deep clean and overhaul.

Positive: The property was amazing, much larger than we expected and immaculately cleaned.

Negative: We were disappointed that the dolphin feeding wasn’t included… and at $80 per person for a family of 8 it was not in our means
