Positive: Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff friendly and appeared happy. Interesting things to do in easy reach. The Hagar Qim Temple is well worth a visit and a boat trip around the Blue Grotto a must.

Negative: Would have liked more information in the room as to where breakfast was served, etc. Arrived at the hotel entrance but there was no way to enter. The door had a coded lock but no bell or phone number to call. We had a phone number with us but when our son arrived, he had to go online to find it. When booking, we were not told that the dining room was closed on Sunday. Didn't worry us but might do for others.

Summary: We were there to celebrate a family occasion but found time to enjoy Malta.

Positive: The room was small, it didn't have a wardrobe, but it was practical. For this price I would have expected more. The breakfast was monotonous and a big drawback, they didn't have BREAD, only toast. The staff was friendly

Positive: Everything was amazing, breakfast was really good & we really liked the environment. It is really clean & even the location is great. For summer it’s perfect if you would like to go for a swim & in winter it’s ideal for a quiet gateway.

Positive: It should be a 10 out of 10 or even 11 out of 10. However…

Negative: One night (out of three) we had a problem with the room and a recurring / relatively small but very annoying noise coming from equipment that did not allow us to sleep. While it is true that property tried to solve it asap, the fact of not having a 24/7 reception translated in one whole night without any sleep. I would have not charged for the room at the very minimum for that night… what was a top top top stay, turned into a bitter taste - and believe me - we are not that demanding but it was a whole one night noise and resting was key in this trip. If you can afford the room at the top with the views to the sea, it is worth every single penny but you would expect that price and customer service is fully aligned. Really sorry to leave this half way review but it is my feeling 3 days after leaving - was much worse after the night without sleeping. If they improve this customer oriented service, I cannot imagine many / any other best accommodation for a relaxing stay in Malta.
