Summary: We wished to benefit from the spa services. Initially, we were asked to change our reservation due to a reason arising from the facility. Subsequently, we were informed that our original reservation had been maintained. However, when we arrived at the scheduled time for our appointment, we were told that our reservation had been postponed by one hour and that we had allegedly agreed to this change, which was not the case. The Sultans Hammam service began 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. In total, we received approximately 20 minutes less service than expected. Furthermore, the quality of the service was inadequate. Following the exfoliation (kese) treatment, there were still areas where dead skin remained. Overall, this experience was disappointing.

Summary: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel and the location is good too. However the rooms are old, the wifi was cutting off all the time, and there was a short water outage.

Summary: Clean room. Great location. Terrific staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again. The gym was one of better gyms I have seen as part of a hotel. I give it a 98%.
