Positive: The rooms were clean, elegant, and comfortable. Front desk and housekeeping were exceptional. Location was amazing.
Negative: There was little noise insulation inside the room. Could hear everything that was happening outside. That was our only complaint, other than that it was perfect.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for.

Positive: The location is amazing. You can walk everywhere in Old San Juan. We had the corner terrace room on the third floor which was amazing. I loved how easy to navigate the stairs were right by our room. There is a basic but nice courtyard and lobby bathroom. The person at the front desk is always very helpful and there is someone there 24 hours so coming and going felt very safe.
Negative: The parking situation is challenging. I had planned to park in a close lot that the hotel recommends but it was full. There is no designated paid parking spot for hotel guests so you have to find an open parking garage. We used one close but it was charged hourly and over two nights the cost was close to $70. Not bad for an inner city hotel parking I was just bummed my original plan didn’t work.
Summary: Great location, comfortable stay.

Positive: The location is in the heart of OSJ, the rooms are very large and comfortable, air conditioning was perfect and you can adjust it in your room.
Negative: It’s pricey, however for a special occasion it’s worth it.
Summary: The staff was most accommodating and prone to serve & help.
