Positive: It was good to have breakfast included and to have a continental breakfast that was also gluten free. The owner went to great trouble to ensure everything was as we would wish. The accommodation was beautifully appointed and pristine.

Negative: We are used to a king sized bed so a small double was a bit tight for us. That said, in the available space, it would not be possible to have a larger bed.

Summary: Welcoming, beautifully clean and carefully thought through in terms of provision and layout.

Positive: Use of owners garden was appreciated on a hot day and I was made very welcome.

Negative: It is very small and a bit enclosed but fine for an overnight. Breakfast was fine when it could be eaten, as I did, outside in the garden but otherwise it needs to be eaten in one’s room

Positive: The property was exceptionally clean. Great bathroom.

Negative: The room was tiny with a couple of feet on each side of the bed. As the room seemed to be a converted garage with a flat roof, it was particularly stuffy on the hot day of our stay.

Positive: Modern, clean, spacious bathroom; attractive, smallish double bedroom, firm, comfortable bed, with bonus option to sit outside in Debbie's garden on a small area of patio complete with table, chairs and parasol! Lovely! Superbly convenient location for Bromsgrove town, Catshill, Lickey Hills country park 5 mins away, easy access to Birmingham, Webb's of Wychbold, Worcester etc. Debbie very friendly and helpful and happy to provide additional crockery, cutlery etc to prepare easy microwave meals & salads.

Negative: Bit frustrating that WiFi signal kept dropping out, meaning you often had to step outside the door to pick it up again.
